England International and Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has been picked to replace the world's most expensive footballer if he proof more of his worth for country and his club next season.

Neymar was packaged out Barcelona by Paris Saint-Germain for €222million last month.

Following Poli, the head of the Football Observatory at the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), a Swiss-based study centre that published research in June estimating Neymar to possess market value of €210.7m, which was below the later signed fee of the player to PSG.
