Snorkels can clearly be folded back to a portable size.

Shape of your snorkel looks very different from the ATGM tube on the Nigerian T-72. Thanks, yours is a snorkel, mine is ATGM.

The problem is that you are not in the military and you will never know how does a launcher look like from far. launcher and a guide can never be separated. wherever a guide point that where a launcher shall also point.

Your are in the military, an air force officer who says the over 1,000 units of land based Su-27/30 use their super-maneuverability to land on aircraft carrier, as if air force land bases are carried about on navy ships

You are just crazy. How will your launcher fire without a guide attached to it? Snorkel is retractable just like antenna on your portable radio, moegoe.

As far as I can tell there is no major difference between teh Su-30 that is land based on naval based

There is no specialist naval version - just some with extra corrosion protection

According to you, all the over 1,000 units of Su-27/Su-30 are built with super-maneuverability to enable them land on aircraft carriers at sea, you have no proof and you keep insisting, and you are wrong, over 95% of Su-30 Flankers are based on land and NEVER meant to become navy sea fleet

Their internet was only offline for 2hours. Pretty insignificant, besides they use an intranet in North-Korea. I don't see what the Americans and CNN are making a fuss about this. Have they ever chatted up a N.K citizen in North-Korea over the internet?

The Americans are really stup1d, why make a movie about assassinating the President of an independent Nation, why even do this using real I.Ds.

Besides does N.K even depend on the U.S for their internet....... NO.

Can the U.S shutdown the internet connection in North-Korea without it affecting China?

I'm of the opinion the Americans had nothing to do with the breakdown of internet service in North-Korea.

In my opinion it was the Americans who did it, and the only reason it was down for only 2hours tells us that it was just a warning to show what they can do to N.K the fact that a person can shut down your internet for 2 whole hours is a very big deal, they managed to bypass all of N.K back up Systems.

Dude I work in the Electronics industry and if someone manages to shut you down for 2 whole hours its going to be taken as a very big deal, you have multiple back up systems that are suppose to kick in within seconds or minutes at least, shutting down the internet is very different from a bank being offline for a day, the Net is most peoples connection to the outside world its scary A.F to know that someone can shut you down without you even knowing who did it.

Plus don't get it twisted when I say America I don't necessarily mean their Intelligence Agencies, but it could have been average Citizen who wanted to avenge what N.K did to Sony, don't forget that the U.S has some of the best Civilian Hackers in the world. it could have been their Intelligence Agencies or Civilians who's actions were fuelled by some misguided form of patriotism.

What a comment undecided undecided !!! You are enough proof as to the reason the SAAF is in such a sorry state.

[citation needed]

In exercise cope, the Indians had an F-15 kill ratio of 9:1. 9 F-15's downed for every 1 SU-30 grin grin it wasn't even a fair fight for the F-15's, as they were out of their depths.

"SU-30S WOULD BEAT F-15S EVERY TIME. BUT…..
We recently explained how, 10 years ago, Exercise Cope India put the Indian Air Force Su-30 against U.S. Air Force F-15C jets with results that are still open to debate: since the drills took place during F-22 budget reviews, some analysts affirm the Air Force intentionally accepted the challenging ROE (Rules Of Engagement) to gain more Raptors. Others claim this version of the story was invented to try to save face after the Indians achieved an impressive 9:1 kill ratio."

Oh, so when your men run for the hills in your own country its called that

When we are pushed back into our base, inflict heavy casualties, and stop the enemy advance for 13 hours over 3000km from home... we are cowards?

#EpicDoubleStandard

This is how we do it far from home, we didn't get pushed into our bases, the enemy was advancing towards the state house, and we pushed them outside monrovia.

"Major General Joshua Nimyel Dogonyaro, pioneer Nigerian Field Commander of ECOMOG who was famous for his effective blood-and-thunder style, which turned back the rebels when they were already within one mile of State House, and pushed them out of Monrovia, seen here during the First Liberian Civil War, October 1st 1990"

This is what you call a victory, not cooked up bangui lies you keep telling to yourselves.

You killed between 1500- 3000 enemy soldiers outside of the city, yet that enemy could still muster enough men and resources to take control of the capital a couple hours later after the engagement , while your forces ran away to the Airport.

SAAF pilots aren't well trained, the numbers are there for everyone to see.

The call came in, the French and Fomac responded. Don't be delusional, the SANDF hide away like the cowards they are.
FOMAC was swept aside by Seleka in Damara. A whole battalion failed to put up a fight even for 1 or 2 hours.

Seleka met the best warriors in Africa, outside Bangui and they couldn't get their main force into the city.

Dog fights can be carried out at any altitude. The SU-30 continues to show it is tops, and above other fighters in it's class.
No, if one jet is slower or higher they won't engage each other until they get to the same altitude.

The SU-30 is good for long range strike missions, but can be easily eaten by other fighters in its class like the Rafale, Super Hornet and Typhoon.

but they (SANDF) wasn't,didn't and haven't been able to do so.
Declaring wars is a political thing, the SANDF had or stationed a force more than capable of landing the final deadly blows to Seleka.

If the defence force political masters said: "Go ahead throw them out". In less than 5 hours Seleka would've been pushed out of Bangui and smashed trying to flee.

You're a typical reader of that blog, which tried to create this narrative that it was the SANDF's choice to pull out of CAR.

Seleka was already mauled when they entered or took control of Bangui, this was apparent in the fact that they couldn't even fight anti-balaka.

Battle theatre: C.A.R. Bangui

Combatants:

Seleke Rebels Vs South African army.

Photo evidence of battle casualties:

SANDF = 15 Dead

Seleka rebels = 0 Dead

Conclusion:

No proof that SANDF killed any single Seleka rebel

Army river boat in creek of Warri town, very small boat for inland river patrol NOT a navy gunboat. No drop of oil was stolen according to your report, more like an ambush just to kill the soldiers in retaliation for effective army patrols and escorts in Warri town.

You can post photo for us to prove it's Nigerian navy Shaldag Interceptor or Stealth Combat Catamaran or maybe NNS Andoni....

They murdered soldiers on patrol duty in Warri town waters, that's not a war zone, that's cold blooded murder in ambush.

Should I post South African security forces who have been murdered on homesoil by criminals?
