Is the management of this bank reintroducing apartheid in Nigeria?

An insight into the workforce of this bank reveals apathy of monumental proportion due to lopsidedness of its staff composition.
Based on our recent discrete survey and data gathering in states cutting across the North and FCT, we have come to believe that something sinister is at play.Therefore, we the Concerned Northerners have come to believe that the Management in collaboration with the Human Resources dept. of this bank, are working hard against northerners by being apathetic to our graduates when it comes to employment opportunities, while the remaining Northerners within the organisation are continuously been frustrated and victimised with various kind of denials especially promotions and undue termination of appointment without any fault committed, all in an effort to replace them with candidates of Igbo extraction.
We are also not unaware of the fact that all your branches in North are full of staff of Igbo extraction even while exploiting financial resources from the region to conduct your business.
We are by this communication drawing the attention of the myopic management of this bank to urgently look into staffing issue of the bank and urgently address the lopsidedness, otherwise they should be prepared to close shop in the region sooner than later.
Your unwholesome attitude towards the plight of our people can no longer be tolerated.

This needs to be stopped!!

If all you've said is true, then I will like to commend the management of Union Bank for taking this bold step. Reason is because the bank and its management have been performing so well lately.

This isn't NNPC, SSS or CBN where your fellow Northerners can willingly play the quota system card and destroy the value of the Naira with reckless abandon.

By the way, someone very close to me recently wrote the Union Bank online test.. After seeing the complexity of the test questions firsthand, all I can tell you is to prepare for more troubles cos what I saw yesterday wasn't something any average Northerner can ever pass. I doubt any of your people will make it to the next stage

is it Nigeria or buhari that owns union bank? if they like let them employ only bald people, so far they meet their objectives in a fair manner and the fair is not determined by federal character
