Good evening, Please when applying for an F2 visa, will their need to evaluate spouse result, WAEC, BSC and Transcript? I am currently applying for my MSC in Human resources. I was told that my Wife will also need to do an evaluation of result. Please how true is this? Thanks for your prompt response always. |

pascatunji:stop going to bed with agents, they have nothing to offer. There's no educational qualification for F2 visa. Even if she does not know how to speak english, she can still get the F2 visa. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Demonicide: Honestly I don't think there is much one can even learn from the OPs experience. The VO was just looking for a reason to deny you - probably because in general America is being more stringent now. Any school's website contains thousands of data. How would you know which to memorise overnight? What if your favourite professor died and they updated the info. What if instead of changing the data overnight the IT guy happened to be awake and decided to do it at 6am west Africa time when you're in traffic? By all means verify as much as you can. But we need to accept that luck (or bad luck) also plays a role and it doesn't follow that just because you were denied you deserved to be denied. I assure you that same VO when they were being interviewed for the job made some mistake. Yet she got the job. But because the demand for US visa exceeds supply, she/he gets to pretend that the reason for denial is because of something you did wrong, as opposed to prejudice or her having a stomach ache. What if she just didn't like the style of clothes you were, saw them as outdated and judged you for that? We can ever know so we can't control everything. I say all this as someone who was never denied a US visa. Prepare, but pray and hope. 5 Likes |

Ogamba1: Add your sister as a cosponsor and explain you were aware that your dad's balance was low but he promised to raise finance for your studies. Now that your dad has informed your sister and she is really willing to support you, You could get an affidavit of support from her. Also make sure she can sincerely pay your tuition because you can't afford to go out of status or engage in illegal work in the US. Remember you need enough funds to enable you concentrate on your studies. Please think through and be sure before reapplying. Another option is to secure a sanctioned loan to fund your studies. |

Ogamba1: There is nothing tactical here. You have no sponsor, you’re simply swapping statements of account to see which would nab you a visa. VOs want to be sure you can afford a US education. Simple 1 Like |

Good evening people. My sponsor has 2 accounts ...one with a lot of transaction but no substantial amount of money in it. A second account with sufficient funds to cover whats on my i20 but not so much activity in this account.....just saving money in dere. Is it okay for me to go with the two SOA and explain to the VO that the account with sufficient funds is where my sponsor just saves funds dedicated for my study. |

femi312: Lol. If you had spared just a micro second to read my response, Yould see where I emphasized on preparations. I still maintain the fact that right now, with the amount of people trying to obtain a visa, the issue of how genuine you believe you are can only boost ur chances by less than 10%. Prayer is the key. Not necessarily to a US visa though, but it is the key to making all other indices outside of your control during your interview work in your favor. *drops mic* 9 Likes 1 Share |
