Vertical Line in Center of the Screen

Vertical lines have three regular causes.

In the first place, there may be a weak input signal because of a loose wire or a bad channel. In a case that all wires are tight and the line shows up on all channels, a portion of the TV's pixels may have given up, that is, died. This is the situation when there is a strong dark line with no gleaming light, and pixel issues can't be repaired. Something else, the circuits and wires inside the TV might be loose. The most common sign this is the issue is that the vertical line changes when the TV is moved or when the TV warms up or cools off.

Horizontal Line on Screen

Horizontal lines have close causes to vertical lines. In a case where the line where the line fluctuates, or moves up and down, the issue is likely to be the input quality, and that could be settled by adjusting the wire that links the cable box, or any other source of input. On the off chance that it is static or flashing, there is likely a physical issue with the TV itself.

And then, you will have to consult a technician.

No TV Sound

Sound issues are commonly caused by input issues. The sound wire from the link box or to the speakers may have come free or loose. In the event that the TV has had power issue previously, it is common for these issues to likewise harm any interior speakers. Just like with picture connections, it's possible that internal audio Connections have come free or endured other form of harm or damage.

Few Things to Consider When Buying a TV

Regardless of whether you're purchasing a new or used TV, a TV is a noteworthy interest in your home. A decent TV can have a significant, positive impact on your family’s quality of life; on the other hand, a poor purchase can spell trouble for your home life and budget. In case you're thinking about FHDTV/HDTV substitution or adding another TV to your home, here are few things to consider to guarantee that you're settling on a decent choice.

Sound and Picture Quality

The most vital thing to consider about any TV purchase is the quality of entertainment that you and your family will get from the TV. The TV screen size is very important too, honestly,
screen is vital, yet, what's significantly more essential is the lucidity of the photo, that is, picture clearity. Don’t compromise on features like video motion, contrast, resolution, HD compatibility, color and even the video quality.

Living in a world of beautiful multimedia entertainment, sound quality is similarly as critical as picture quality. Ensure the sound meets your necessities also.

Consider the Cost and your Budget

The least expensive or cheapest TV isn't always, or even as a rule, the best deal, yet it's important to consider whether the cost is justified.
Think about the age of the TV set, the number of years it's been used, the kind of TV it is, and any uncommon highlights while assessing the cost.

Note: "The least expensive or cheapest TV isn't always, or even as a rule, the best deal."

My Samsung smart TV has one funny issue. I'll have to get close to the infrared sensor on the TV before the remote I'll work.
I've tried it with several remote controls and even downloaded ir remote on my Samsung s5, still the same.
What could have been the problem?

Let's try this out sir:

Try a power reset. Switch off the TV, switch off the power outlet and unplug the TV from the outlet. Press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds and then release.

I'm sorry boss, I missed this. I beg your pardon.

Perhaps, the power button on your TV remote is slightly stuck in, and having to send the ON/OFF
Signal to the TV set.
Put the TV on, and remove the batteries in the remote control, and let's see how it turns out.

The issue is called Power Cycling.

To be sure this isn't due to some form of malfunctioning in the system, try the following:
With the TV powered on, unplug it from the power outlet.
Wait for 35 seconds, and plug it back into the outlet.
If the power cycling do permit more time between the going off and coming on,
make sure you update the TV to the latest firmware. And if it persist, then, the set needs a service.

Did you know that both larger LCD and LED TVs are constructed to have their weight balanced when set upright.
So if you lay the screen flat, there won't be adequate support in the middle,
and this can lead to the cracking or distortion on the edges if left that way over a period of time longer.
And don't convey them in this manner.

Flickering in TVs could be caused by certain things:
Incoming signal issues
Interference from other devices (speakers, cell phones, fans, and many more) that are too close to the TV, or it could be the TV settings. Could even be devices that are plugged into the TV if you have any you plug in.

To resolve the issue, take the following steps:

Set the TV energy saving to off. And see how it turns out.

If it persist...
Move every other electronic device (phones, speakers, cell phones, fans, et' cetera) away from the TV box.

If it persist...
Unplug any other device that is plugged into same circuit/plug with the TV set.
The flickering could also be caused by a defect in external devices such as: Game Consoles, VCR, or DVD player, Et' cetera, that are attached to the TV set.

Turn off all devices attached to the TV set, turn them on one after the other as you set the TV to the source of each device as you attach.

If flickering persist on a device, disconnect it and attach another, but if flickering is on all the devices, definitely, your TV set needs to be serviced.

Smart TV not connecting to WiFi

First thing is to find out if the issue is in the TV or the Wifi source or the router. On the off chance that the TV has no issues in connecting with your cell phone, at that point most likely the router is the issue.
Update the firmware of the router. On the off chance that that doesn't work, reset the router.
Or get another WiFi extender or router and test if the TV connects with the Internet. In the event that the signal quality isn't the issue get a USB wifi connector for the LED TV.

As touching the Bluetooth, what's the model of the Smart TV, and what kind of device are you trying to connect?

As touching the Bluetooth, what's the brand of the Smart TV?

Bluetooth relies upon both hardware and software to work effectively. So if your gadgets can't speak a typical Bluetooth dialect, they won't have the capacity to connect.

Bluetooth could be backward compatible: Bluetooth gadgets supporting the Bluetooth 5 standard, launched a year ago, should in any case have the capacity to match with gadgets having, say, the old Bluetooth 2.1, launched in 2007.

The special cases are devices that uses a low-energy version called Bluetooth Smart, which functions on a different protocol than the older, or classic Bluetooth gadgets. Bluetooth Smart gadgets are not backward compatibile, and they won't detect nor pair with older gadgets that are compatible with Classic Bluetooth.

As an instance, an old Simiens phone Bluetooth 3.0 won't have the capacity to connect with a Bluetooth Smart gadget.

Hence, the reason for my quest as touching the TV, and Bluetooth model.

AS TOUCHING THE SCREEN, ALL IT NEEDS IS A REPLACEMENT.

IN REGARDS TO THE A/V INPUTS
First, try the A/V cord on another TV to see if its the cord, the A/V inputs itself, or try another cord.
If it turns out to be the A/V inputs, the Input selector IC on its main board could be faulty.
Get a technician to replace it as this isn't a user fixable issue.
And as it is, we live in an environment where mediocrity is a terrible problem,
So, I'd advise that you be careful in giving the set to any kind of technician.
If the brand service station is close to you, pay them a visit, or just stick to the HDMI.
