Effervescence is the quality of effervescent . effervescence is a noun while Effervescent is an adjective

I think you should keep it simple when describing the subject's smile.

e.g You paint a ray of sunshine each time you smile

My/The world becomes a better place when you smile.

Your smile melts my heart every time.

You've got curves, but your smile is my favorite.

PS. I'm assuming you're talking about a girl's smile
