I use uber regularly and when I am being overcharged, I complain and I'm reimbursed. But yesterday they said because I had complained about fee issues before, they were not going to resolve the current one in which the driver charged me double the fare and I couldn't verify because my phone was off when I arrived the destination. The records showed it that I paid excess but they said they can't resolve it because such has been resolved for me before. My question is... Is it lawful to refuse to resolve a complain for a customer because the customer has given such complain before? |
