Edo-Born University of Benin final year student of Mass Communication department,
Ayeni Augustine Obomeighe recently hit the hall of fame as he launched his first book recently in Benin City, witnessing Owan-born dignitaries in the executive arm, legislative arm and judicial arm of government, Dr. Festus Oliseh; a senior lecturer of Mass Communication in the University of Benin, as well as other celebrities like Emmanuel Oluwasayomi Ahmadu aka Mr Voiceover; Most Popular Student In Nigeria 2017 National Award Recipient and other dignitaries from all walks of life across Nigeria and beyond.

In an interview with him, he revealed that his quest towards contributing his vast prowess to ascertaining a better Nigerian society as well as promoting cultural values & ideologies at the grass root is his passionate pursuit which this book on "the History and Cultural Heritage of Owan" is anchored upon.

Mr. Ayeni Augustine is a campus prodigy who juggles academics with many extracurricular activities. He is an on-air personality with exceptional expertise in Sport Analysis on Radio and TV, Public Speaking, Graphics designing, Computer Tutoring and to crown it, he's a member of Sport Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN).

In his words he solicits for the support of well meaning Nigerians and Owan-born public figures to invest in his book so as to enable him contribute his full potential to the development of Edo State and to Nigeria at large as a graduate in view (2018).
