What are the qualities that those who want the best in Kaduna state should look for when recruiting individuals who will make good deputy governor under PDP?

Clearly they need to be people who have the best interests of their State at heart not selfish, which means they must know and understand their community.

They need to have an understanding of the wider context in which the state operates and of the political and socioeconomic factors that affect the lives of the families of people in the state.

What distinguishes the best deputy governor is their value system and their awareness of the state needs, its strengths and its ambitions for its people of the state.

These factors are important because they form the ethical framework for debate and decision-making on how the state should approach its obligation of providing the best possible clinical jobs for the masses of the community it serves or state.

There is a need for some one like Victor bobai mathew with skills and knowledge in addition to these qualities, but first and foremost deputy governor need a moral compass and an understanding of the state that the person must serve as deputy Governor .

Ideally, besides the two qualities mentioned, there is a need for who want to be deputy governor to have knowledge and skills in a range of areas and for at least one good idea to have the financial knowledge needed to oversee the management of the state finances and the budgeting process.
