A Ghanaian policeman who assault a nursing mother in a bank, has been giThe Ghanaian policeman who is expected to resume normal duties while he goes through the disciplinary proceedings, was discharged by a court in December last year due to the lack of interest in the trial by the victim. Lance Corporal Frederick Amanor Godzi, the Ghanaian policeman who assaulted a nursing mother Ms Patience Osafo at the Shiashie branch of Midland Savings and Loans Limited, was discharged alongside three officials of Midland Savings and Loans who were charged for allegedly aiding the assault. 

Ms Osafo who failed to appear before the court to testify and also failed to avail herself to help the police with investigations, had also reportedly failed to avail herself to testify in the case on many occasions, leading to the decision of the court, in December 2018, to discharge L/Corporal Godzi, aka Skalla, for want of prosecution. ven back his job in Ghana's Police Force.

case closed just like that....what other evidence are they looking for d video is on d net and very appalling .....any sane judge wont acquit them after watching dat video.... and for d police to give him back his job is shameful
