check Wine tweet about it and all the seats so far declared for House of Assembly are won by PDP. But for INEC not to have declared the result is still putting the state under tension for any possible violence

if I know the winner I won't be calling INEC to declare the result.

Let's wait for them but it is getting too long to declare the result.
So far INEC have declared winners of the house of Assembly seats in 19 out of 23 LGAs in the state. So I expect them to declare the results of those 19 LGAs
