Like what's the worst that would happen if you go out more, make input in conversations once a while, meet more people, say hi more often, chill with friends more frequently. Would the ground swallow you? Would you pissed your pants? Even if it's yes...just ensure you you realize that your fears are often unfounded and unrealistic.


The key word here is more. It's different if you're actually an introvert so just moderate it. Choose your friends wisely. Use your private time productively. This is key so you won't be bored easily and have purpose with you life.
