From what I've seen of Nairobi, it can compete favorably with any city in †ђξ world end of.

So many other cool areas like upperhill too.Infact upperhill can easily overtake nbo if there was enough space.So many corporates have built their HQ in upperhill making the place looks very classy.

I think when it comes to Real estate,Kenya is trying to break records.I am shocked everyday at the amazing housing developments happening in various areas and each estate competes in design and infrastructure.

The suburbs are booming,to the detriment of the CBD.The people incharge should overhaul the entire infrastructure in the CBD to encourage investments.
