he moved into the flat in 2006 and i told him i have need for my flat since 2004. he is still there owing 1 year rent. i stopped collecting rent from him so he can save it for another place. we have been going to courts around that area to no success. the court is either too slow or his lawyer brings different excuses to delay the court. i'm in a fix. nairalanders please come to my rescue, i need my flat as i have accommodation problems after i lost my job. please help with best professional advice. |
