It's the most cosmopolitian because there are people from all parts of the federation more than any other university. In UNN, Igbos are the majority. Also, they deny admission because the applicants they receive are more than they can take. This year, 81,397 people applied and only about 14,000 slots are available. What do you expect them to do? Automatically, about 67,000 people won't be admitted already.
In almost every class you go, there are people from all the 36 states in Nigeria and even beyond in some.

same u will complain when they start extending practicals and workshops to 2-3 days because of overpopulation or some students can't find sit during lecture.


check the number of applications to ivy league schools compare to the number they need, and u'll Know that ABU own na small case

ABU is such a massive institution.

2nd only to the University of Cairo.

A very observable feature are the well manicured and landscaped gardens.

A.b.u has actually produced more political leaders than any other university in Nigeria.

ABU receive more funds from FG than UI, UNILAG, OAU and UNN yet it can't stand beside those schools academically

ABU is very Beautiful

Some people actually think northern nigerian schools are full of hausas only. Totally wrong. Entire cities (sabon gari) are dedicated to other tribes exclusively. No other region in Nigeria does that

If not for religious issues (stoked by Saudi mullahs), the hausas are the most tolerant, accommodating and honest tribe in Nigeria. QED.
