what kind of pain it is? Burning, peppery, dull ache, "needle pinching". Does the pain radiate to your left arm? How old are you? |

Probably you must have been away from Naija for sometime and that means you have some cold in your body, You will need to drink water but not cold and avoid cold drinks during winter,eat alot of fruits like babana,apply,apricot and so on.It will go away and its normal. |
