Good day nairalanders
Am a Nigerian youth who don hustle gather money to start business centre. 3 days of my opening revenue collectors stormed the shop asking for revenue for the government which i said i don't have money. after some days another set came asking for money this time around they have been an increase in the price. i asked why the price difference they now told me that one is local government and the other for state government.

MY QUESTION
