handsome profit the year the housing estates are built up to lintel level and invest in those government structure

with this same method in mind. Not doing so may the decrease the value of your property when government

successfully develops its estates.

The second method involves your investing in a high end area like Abuja, Lekki Phase 2, Ajah, Port Harcourt etc. The

method is much the same as the first with the difference being higher profitability and higher initial capital.

2. Find a Dilapidated Property in a Choice Area, Renovate/Reconstruct it and Sell

There are properties which falls into disuse due to the death of the owner and lack of attention from offsprings who

resides abroad. Such properties if found are easy pickings. Properties may become dilapidated due to other

reasons. Be as it may, this strategy revolves around be in able to locate dilapidated structures renovating such and
