First, I thought might is the past tense of may. But looking at it, these is a little difference between them. Pls prove me wrong if I am. I think 'might' is a probability of an occurrence, while 'may' is certainty.

U r wrong."may" is d present f "might" whch signals probability whle "will" or "would" signals certainty.u cn check ur dictionary f in doubt.

"May" is the present form of "might" which signifys probability.

While "will" is the present form of "would" which invariably means certainty/capapility of the speaker.
