We close by 4pm.You can only access interest + capital at maturity..But if you insist on accessing your funds before maturity, you lose10% of accrued interest on your investment as at the time of withdrawal.

500k gives you 42,500 for a year @8.5%...when you less WHT I.e 10% of interest earned 4250.Net interest earned is 38,250.

Definately.You can even pull out your funds before maturity of tenor just that you will incure a 10% charge of your total interest as at the time of termination.
