Ever since i started planning for my year using the SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound) principle, with God's help i have witnessed amazing testimony in my health, spiritual, business and career.
My 2011 goal includes:

Waking up early (early to bed)
Visit the gym fornightly
Read 2 leadership, biz mgt, personal development, christian and finance books each
Punctual to occasions and meetings
Consistent daily news update
Market my products to new companies
Develop and host my company's website
Regular church attendance and join a dept
Consistent daily devotion and finish 1 yr bible plan
Make 12 new good bosom friends and remove 6 "parasites"
Call & visit clients and friends weekly
Write IT Professional certifications (SAP BI, MCPD, CBAP & ITIL Practitioner)

This is not boost but to motivate ourselves, so lets have us, it should also include what you will do & stop doing
