Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating, stopping oxygenated blood from getting to the brain and other vital organs, which consequently damages the heart muscle. There must have been warning signs, could he have ignored them? who knows? 'cause I feel he's too young and that setting was unfavourable for a cardiac arrest to be that potent if he had been treating whatever cardiac problem he had. May God give his family and other affected people the strength to bear this loss. |

CPR is a life saver and with very easy steps. Please learn it. CPR involves chest compressions for adults between 5 cm (2.0 in) and 6 cm (2.4 in) deep and at a rate of at least 100 to 120 per minute. The rescuer may also provide artificial ventilation by either exhaling air into the subject's mouth or nose (mouth-to-mouth resuscitation- Wikipedia Laying the unconscious person on the floor, tilting his head backward to free up his airways to deliver artificial ventilation between chest compressions at the speed of Justin Timberlake's 'Can't stop the feeling' can help restart the heart. |
