The LASG will recoup that through the various donations they've been receiving from individuals and corporate organisation.

Again, they'll also take advantage of all the medical equipment that has been distributed to them to equip their general hospitals when this scourge is over.

The person or organisation that projected this must be a roadside newspaper reader that doesn't even understand basic economics.
That lockdown would cost Lagos State nothing less than $500m~N160billion.
