There's this statement that i called rumour going around but not until i get confirmations i can't believe it yet. Fellas, how true is it that one can now ping on symbian phones just like BB. Even one can ping wit BB 4ones. If its true, then lets rock them out. As for me i use nokia N70. How do i do it.

There's an app called what's app that allows you to ping blackberry users. You can find it and download it

Make sure the phone is in UMTS mode. Go to Settings, then phone then network and then make sure the Network mode is in UMTS.

There are other reasons why, you're not receiving 3g signals.
1. Your location indeed doesn't have 3g
2. Your phone doesn't support the band of 3g signal being broadcasted.
If you really want to upgrade your phone. Check the last 4 pages, that's all they've been talking about there

DSTV mobile app for symbian, about 5mb is out. Works with network signal and not gprs just like on 5330.

Problem is, I don't have a link to the file. Can anyone here help out?
