Is it not easier to plead for a doctor who can help you(on humanitarian grounds) do the surgery by accepting the little you have than requesting for 50,000 at this period most people are not financially buoyant?

I have some Gynaecologist friends in portharcourt who can agree to do it at that amount you have been able to raise just on humanitarian grounds, if I plead with them(usually they charge between 500,000 to 1million, depending on the client,etc.....which is still cheap compared to abroad).

But you'll have to first do an abdominopelvic ultrasound(if you haven't already done so) to confirm the diagnosis, as well as do a few other basic tests to assess her fitness for surgery.
