As the exam is approaching,
there is tendency that you are feeling stress out,
exhausted,
your brain is feeling empty,
you are feeling all choked up
and
you are having all kind thought like:

Am I really ready for this exam?

Have I read enough?

This causes you to lose focus, confidence and concentration.

The truth is, it's ok to feel this way
so stop being hard on yourself, stop feeling guilty about that.

All you need to do is pat yourself on the back
and
go for the exams with enthusiasm
and free your mind because
it is completely ok to feel that way.

One thing you need to avoid is
to think about things you couldn't do,
what topic or chapter you didn't read,
which book or material you have not read
or
your inability to complete the syllabus.

Let go all those thought.

Remember, you only need 50% to pass your ICAN exams.

Keep your mind with positive thought about the exams
and see your confidence boost up.
