Just add natural corn, green beans, carrot and liver,or per boiled flesh opoloko and dry fish, little red oil mixed with veg oil, enough opei with nchanwu( scent leaves) and small ugu. Chimo! If you finish eating , you will understand the true meaning of delicious balanced diet.
