Pandemonium occurred today (Wednesday) in Rumumasi, Port Harcourt, Rivers state, after an unidentified man went on extra miles in order to avoid his arrest. According to the video shared on Instablog, some task force officers of Rivers state had attempted to arrest the said man after violating one of the state orders. In an attempt to avoid his arrest, he defecated on his car which he thereafter used to chase the officers who were already on the run as he was naked.
