In the statement of the Veteran Journalist, Oriyomi Hamzat on Facebook on 3rd August 2020, He started by commending the action taken by the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, by Locking up WAW company where Richard Gbadebo, the 300 level Student of University of Ibadan was killed by one of their factory machines. He further said that the parent of the deceased accused the WAW company for continuing operation after the death of Richard Gbadebo without showing any sympathy.

It's high time we fight this en masse. Labour Slavery must stop in Nigeria.
