Nigeria is too divided for any laws to be properly enforced.

Law One
If you want to hold political office in Nigeria from Councillor to President;

Your children must school in Nigeria public schools

You and your family must use Nigeria government hospital

You cannot use generators in your house. You must use NEPA/Disco light

You cannot but foreign goods. No foreign clothes, furniture, shoes, e.t.c. No foreign car, if na Keke Nigeria fit produce, that is what you use.

It is not a must that you hold public office, if you cannot abide by the rules above, go and face your private business and leave government for those who are okay with the rules

Human nature is not perfect and that's why a society's progress largely depends on it's laws ,policies or rules and enforcement in order to keep things in check. Almost all facets of life has either written or unwritten rules and regulations which should be followed to be be on the right track. For example , there are rules on this forum which the users must follow , and without those rules the forum would simply be in chaos more than it is now .

Nigeria is one of the most lawless and disorganized countries on earth. Everything wrong with Nigeria all boils down to lack of laws or lack of enforcement of laws . For example ,if there are no laws prohibiting street hawking ,Child abuse or overloading of vehicle , the citizens would simply do these things and know they can get away since there are no laws and enforcement prohibiting these acts.

In your opinion what laws do you think should be enacted and enforced to put Nigerian on the right track? There are a few laws i can think of ,but i would like to hear other opinions.
Coroner law- mandating every unnatural death should be investigated
Health insurance law-coumpulsory for every Nigerian
Law mandating police officers on stop an search operation to wear body cam
CCTV law- CCTV must be put in all public facilities
Medical prescription law- nobody buy or sells certain prescription drugs without precriber information
National building law and code- law mandating every new house should be constructed according to the law
Due process and merit law- every admission, appointment, promotion etc should be strictly by merit

What does the 99 constitution say ? I haven't had time to read the Nigerian constitution and I don't think i'll ever have time . Just summarize what it says even though I know it's crap anyway.

The summary says should go and get a copy..

So you can be busy posting pictures about beautiful places around the world but don't have time to read the same country constitution of the country you wish to be developed... undecided

I would like the entire Nigeria and Africa be developed but my main interest and investment is actually Calabar because that's my Paternal hometown.

In what way do you think Nigeria would be better if weed and guns are legalized?

I don't think Alcohol is any better than weed.

As for gun, if we had a gun criminals would think twice before attacking. It will be good for self defense.

But Nigeria people we use it for their own gain shall
