After a long week of stress and hard work, you deserve a weekend of rest. Whether you are “baeless” or “baefull” these tips we have prepared for you to relax and be taken kiaruff this weekend will come in handy. So then, let’s get started.

1. Watch Netflix: The Federal government has approved the re-opening of Cinemas from today but since they have been closed for a while, you might want to chill at home and wait till proper operations begin. You can set up your cinema at home and watch movies or series on Netflix. Don’t forget to put off your lights and close your curtains. We have a list of fascinating movies we can give you to watch ooh but you will have to pay to get that information. (Winks).

2. Work out and meditate: Jogging, taking a stroll, or even reading a book are some of the tested and trusted exercises you can do this weekend. They are proven to help the brain relax and put you at ease.

3. Sleep: Some of you work so hard, you have forgotten that there is something called a Siesta. After working all through the week, you need all the rest you can get so that you are re-energized for the next week. Try and take a nap this weekend.

4. Food: We know that the conventional Saturday morning food is Pap and Akara but you can try adding bread to the mix this Saturday. Don’t worry you can reserve the Rice for Sunday evening.
