Its is buildable right away,there are buildngs which are already been lived in in the area,the place is really booming already and all the roads around there are tarred.Infact the land is located in between two completed houses which are already been lived in |

The land is 742.28sqm on paper,buh on ground,it is about 900sqm on ground. |

please i dont understand what you mean by "FCDA allocation" does it mean i have to go process my C of O after purchasing it?, does this land have R of O. please clarify |

It is an offer,after purchasing,it is yours,then you can proceed to process your C of O immediately,if you want. But if you buy the land now,you will be given an R of O after which you can proceed to do your C of O at your convinience. |
