No less than 229 suspected hoodlums have been arrested for arson.

According to the Lagos Ministry of Justice, the hoodlums are in connection with the recent destruction of public properties in the state after the Lekki tollgate massacre.

Recall that on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, scores of people were feared dead as many others sustained life-threatening injuries after some armed men in military uniform stormed a peaceful #EndSARS protest ground at the tollgate.
