Bros, Corolla is very fuel efficient. I have done all manners from the "Bank type" to the "sports". Fuel efficiency is dope. "Muscle" may be slightly off on fuel efficiency (it is a V6 so it is understandable)

I got a "muscle" in January this year and drove it to same Ibadan in the course of the year (when my preferred SUV had A/C issues). I did 160/170 km/hr effortlessly and the car was super balanced. I may just concede that the Toyota Camry is not as fuel efficient as the Corolla but both makes gave/gives me peace of mind.

Meanwhile check the suspension of your car because i could have notched up 180km/hr without worry, except for the need to plan for how to manage any "unplanned incident" including tyre bursts.

SUVs are not speed vehicles...they provide for ruggedness and where the roads are good, comfort, the very reason I got the "muscle". Sedans are built for speed because of the aerodynamics. I have done Ibadan severally with Pajero, Prado and even with "CRETA" so I know what I am talking about.

Ibadan by the way is the closest distance and i do it every week.

In the final analysis, we are all satisfied by what makes us happy.
