There has been complain of constant and increasing attacks by Fulani herdsmen on farmer's.
One salient question is that,does these herdsmen just go into these communities without the approval of the head of these communities,
These herdsmen pay the traditional rulers/community head to access their community land,so why the hullabaloo that they invade their farm land,I think this is sheer hypocracy

So the traditional rulers permit them to destroy farms, rape and kill the owners? What right does the traditional ruler have under the constitution to permit the trespass on people's properties?
