i beg to differ in that your comment about Lesotho PayPal get limited, it false, even ur PayPal is USA if u don't follow PayPal guidelines u still get limited it a general thing. u can use Lesotho PayPal, Mozambique, Iceland, UAE PayPal account from Nigeria, receiving and send as well, u can also widraw to ur local bank account as well. wish u all the best,as for d op since the the email is already registered to a naija PayPal dere is little u can do about it to receive the funds expect the sender message PayPal about wrong email sending, just like someone talk here
