President Donald Trump may send out as many as one hundred (100) commutations, pardons to white collar criminals, high-profile rappers and a jailed Florida eye doctor on his last full day in office and it sure looks like award winning American rap artiste Lil Wayne could be let off the hook in his federal gun case by none other than the U. As of late, Lil Wayne is confronted with a federal weapon charge which stems from an event that occurred two years ago in Miami (December 2019). Last month, he struck a plea deal with the federal government and acquiesced to plead guilty to illegally possessing a loaded weapon but still faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.


Two months ago, The Cash Money Legend, drew suspicion when he backed Trump for re-election in the open and took a picture with the President at the White House.


According to what he posted on twitter, Weezy commended the President's Criminal Reform, Platinum Plan and also commended him for listening to the Black community.


“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus,” Wayne wrote at the time. “besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”


Well, it all comes out at the end. Does this explain exactly why Lil Wayne was supporting him? Was it because he wanted Pardon? If Trump indeed issues the pardons and commutations on Tuesday (January 19) as expected, then it turns out that the meeting greatly benefited Lil Wayne
