How will you describe bank Transactions in Nigeria in the last few months? I have noticed that even if transactions failed like online transfers or it's not processed successfully, no information will be sent across except when it's queried.

Banks like GTB now disabled their customer care email and you can't successful send a mail to them. �. Is it that they fear escalation or what?

This trend is becoming worrisome and I think the banks should up their games.
