The recent exceptional, fast paced Jason Bourne movie-like approach of Mr. Hundeyin in his recent piece on "who killed Hiny Umoren" is very captivating to say the least. in this piece, Hundeyin brilliantly uncover a serious of coordinated moves by high ranking member of the Akwa-ibom political class to evilly jeopardize the murder case of miss Umoren.
However, what singles Mr Hundeyin out IS NOT HIS ZEAL OR QUEST FOR TRUTH, no, a lot of Journalist in the Nigerian journalism sphere (as mute, biased and mediocre as it is right now even) possess equal hunger to right societal ills through their pen....No! that wasn't it. what stands him out is his modern pristine professionalism in investigative journalism. A lot of public issue writer write brilliantly, juxtaposing words, phrases and sentences in a culmination of an enviable literary masterpiece that even the Nobel laurel prof Wole Soyinka might be envious of. Hundeyin went further, his piece on 'Who killed HIny Umoren" present to the reader hardcore backable evidence painstakingly obtained alongside timestamps as well as sensible deductions and interpolation from real events.
These are the real traits of an investigative journalist, which unfortunately is lost in the Nigerian professional circle.
I think Mr. Hundeyin deserves some credit
