Opobo Foundation USA (OFUSA) held its Inauguration Convention and Fundraising in New Jersey, USA. Niger Delta Insider reports.

There was also a gala night that displayed rich Opobo culture like dancing and music performance by various people. The popular Ala Owu Masquerade dance was also performed to entertain the audience

Nene Cookey who is the publicity Secretary said, the purpose of the Opobo Foundation, USA Convention is to bring together Opobians and their families resident in different parts of the USA, enjoy camaraderie, showcase their beautiful culture to invited guests while fundraising for future projects.

Elections was held and Positions were given to people to handle the affairs of the foundation, they are

4. Ibifuro Obomanu - Treasurer
5. Ken Wariso - Financial Secretary
