If Government Feels They Have A Case Against Kanu, Why Wait Until October? by gidgiddy: 10:03am On Jul 28, 2021 |
Even though the courts are going on vacation, Justice Binta Nyako, who is the trial judge in the case of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has said she can continue with the case earlier than the October adjourned date. The condition for her to do so is that the Prosecution must file an application for a fiat, for her to continue the trial during the vacation period. Since the Federal Government put in so much effort to go to Kenya to get Kanu, and bring him back to Nigeria, they should do everything possible not to stall this trial. If they do not apply for fiat to get Nnamdi Kanu's trial going, then it is a clear case that they have no evidence against Kanu. |

They don't have anything on MNK. They are holding him up so as to continue their jihad on the south since it is him that has been revealing every of their move before they strike |

Exactly bro.. If Kanu is a terrorist, then they shouldnt waist time in trying him and bring him to justice.. But the reluctance of the fg shows that they don't have any evidence that will stand up in a court of law... |

They're very desperate. This is the sort of thing that happens in a failed state. No single regard for the rule of law. |
