She is 28yrs old. Her traditional wedding comes up on the 28th of december, the introductory aspect has just been concluded recently. So, Earlier today, while herself and her fiance where disccusing, she opened up to her fiance that she owns a rented appartment somewhere in Lagos amongst other properties she has acquired for herself. Now, here is the problem. Her fiance has requested she reliquish all her properties to him since both will be getting married very soon. According to him, he says there is no need of her holding on to the properties because what ever belongs to her automatically becomes his the moment they get married.
Nairalanders, please, advice her. Should she go ahead her and relinquish her properties considering her traditonal wedding comes up by next month or keep them and loose her fiance? What are your thoughts?
