Declare it missing,get a sworn affidavit from a high Court and a police extract....It will be treated as a lost case when you apply for reissue.

I can't thank you enough ...I really Appreciate sir ...Sorry to bother you ,One more question ...I read that renewal is 3weeks ,17000 naira but fresh Passport is 6 Weeks 25000 naira ..My concern is not even the money but under which Category my Application falls ...Does Reissue implies Fresh Application ? Biometric Capturing stays for long and it's ones Identity ,Will I still go for another Capturing since they already have my pix and finger Print before when I Got the Lost one? I'm really sorry for many questions ,God bless you more for responding

Reissue entails you going for another biometric capture.

After serious search I saw the Expired Passport this morning oooo .So I can Present it now..Will they Stamp renewal on it or they will give me a Different Booklet entirely

It will be stamped CANCELLED, but will be given to you along with the reissued passport.
