Syrian opposition sources are pointing out the locations targeted by the Israeli strike last night in the Damascus area:

According to these sources, three targets were attacked:

1. A large hangar in the Damascus International Airport that serves as a temporary warehouse for unloading cargo coming from Iran and loading it on trucks and vehicles for transport to various destinations throughout Syria and Lebanon. According to the report, many vehicles parked in the hangar were damaged in the attack. After the attack, there was busy ambulance traffic at the scene.

2. The air defense battery stationed at Jabel Almana, near Al-Kiswah south of Damascus (where apparently there were 3 officers killed).

3. A post of the Iranian militias near the a-Rocha Hotel in the a-Saida Zinab area in southern Damascus.

Svlla:
It's about time Ukraine begins to dig in deep and build fortified positions in Dnipropertovsk. Their arrogance of being able to hold back the Russians at Donbas and their belief that 8 years of building entrenched(impenetrable) positions in Donbass will cost them big-time

It won't be like the hastily prepared fortifications at Odessa or the force conglomeration at Zaporizhzhia.
Dnipropertovsk is exposed and a forward thinking Ukrainian military leadership should start thinking of what will happen if they fail in Donbass.

Donbass battle has two point of focus and that's in Lisichansk-Severedonesk and in Sloviansk-Kramatorsk. Defeat at this 2 places means that Ukrainian military has collapse and is incapable of organized defence and that the Kiev regime has failed.

Why?

Simply because Ukriane has it best fighters in Donbass(8 years worth of training and active combat duty) and Ukraine has its best defensive positions at Donbas( 8 years worth of concrete and steel fortifications and trenches and heavy garrisons)

There will be little time to have that kind of units fighting in Donbass or that kind of position.

But behind Donbass is a soft Dnipropertovsk and Poltava
Hubris and false bravado has blinded the Kiev regime to see that they've altered a terrible flaw

The coming battle for Dnipropertovsk will be approached from 2 sides......from Krivoy Rhiy (North of Nykolaiv) and from the east by the Victors of Donbass

Russian troops have practically cut off the supply of the Ukrainian group in Severodonetsk! - confirmed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the spot

"They blew up one of the bridges where weapons were supplied, this ammunition was intended for Severodonetsk, the second bridge was under heavy shelling," the Ukrainian militant says.

What do you think Svlla?

Israel and the European Union are conducting accelerated negotiations on the sale of Israeli gas to Europe through Egypt, already in the near future, as reported in "Israel Today". Drafts have been exchanged between the parties and it is estimated that the framework agreement will be signed during the summer. After that, negotiations will open between the gas companies themselves.

Yea, I read they blow up the bridge linking Lisichansk to Severedonesk, that's bad for the Ukrainians.

Practically isolating the units in Severodonetsk is a disaster for Ukriane. Expect heavy Artillery fire on Severedonesk in the coming days but we are talking about 10,000 strong garrison in these area.

This is a huge disaster mahn! Those units should have been withdrawn to Sloviansk but Ukrainian military leadership will see it as losing ground to the enemy.

Now not only have they been cut off from the south, they've lost the road to the west at Bilohorivka-Rubezhnoye and Russians are pushing from the east and north. A complete military operation disaster for Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine recognized the loss of Vladimirovka (our marines entered it 2 days ago) and the withdrawal of Russian troops to Soledar. They also acknowledge that Artemovsk is now in the zone of destruction of Russian artillery. The crisis of the Severodonetsk group continues to grow. #UkraineWar #Russia #Ukraine

Good
Earlier the LPR and Russian troops liberated Novoselovka
Now DPR and Russian troops liberating Vladimirovka

That's not good for Ukrainian forces at Marinka.

DPR Sparta battalion has been having difficulty breaking the Ukrainian line at Marinka, If the Russian troops are now at Vladimirovka then it's only a matter of time before the only Ukrainian fortified town in South of Donetsk city is liberated

About priorities. The US Senate has blocked a $48 billion aid package to American restaurants and small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hill writes about this in an article dated May 19.

The same US Senate approved the allocation of $40 billion for weapons for Ukraine. Also on May 19.

The publication points out that such a result of the vote probably means the death of the bill on assistance to American business. Additional funds were needed to prevent the closure of "many debt-laden small businesses."

Now everybody can see where US priorities lie.

France has not found an alternative to Russian gas

This is reported by the French newspaper Monde diplomatique.

Suppliers of natural gas to the EU — Norway, the Netherlands, Algeria and others — cannot meet the increased demand for gas.

There are other players in the market: Libya and Egypt. In the first case, gas will not be supplied because of the ongoing civil war in the country. Egypt does not intend to become a supplier because of prudence in relations with Russia.

Nigeria or Angola will also not be able to become a "reliable replacement for Russia" due to its remote geographical location and lack of capacity

Marinka is about to be put in a cauldron with the loss of Vladimirovka

There have been too many force concentration on that small town and for too long

Strategic implications of taking Vladimirovka; It will open up the road leading to Marinka from a northwesterly approach

I guess slow and steady does it. Just surprising how easily Ukrainian defenses are breaking. The surrender of Azov must be demoralizing.

Mahn! That surrender of Azovstal was a huge blow to morale. The media too did not help, they made it look like the Ukrainians could hold Azovstal for as long as the war last

Russian forces are currently advancing on Liman now.
If they take Liman today then expect shelling of Sloviansk tomorrow

This will free DPR most elite forces to advance towards the West for the (First Decisive Geographical Point) Pokrovsk or advance North for Konstantinovka and subsequent Battle of Kramatorsk

Quoted directly from Levi

Mironovsky(1 on the map) was taken by the fighters of the Wagner PMC.
Regarding Mironovka(circle) they report the beginning of the cleansing.
In general, it looks like the enemy, after the loss of Troitsky, began to pull out at least part of the forces from the Svetlodarsk arc, withdrawing them closer to Artemovsk.

To put this in perspective. This is south of Popasnaya

The implication is that NATO is now directly involve in Ukraine by sending ground troops

They will become legitimate target and further escalate the war
