Sorry for the loss, 19k is a big money in this current economy. Next time always insists on the use of a reputable Escrow service and don't be in a haste to send your funds first to someone you have not traded with before. Stay safe.

He has been scamming for some years, a Nairalander did this to you. He had multiple accounts sef... Ha was the one that was using PayPal to scam users, I guess OP doesn't know him. |
