Please, I really need a sound car that I can use for Uber/Bolt. I will use the land I have in an Estate as a collateral.

If I can also see a genuine buyer for the land it's welcome because I need to sell it off to cater for some personal needs.

The plot of land is at West Park and Gardens Estate ( Paradise City) at Ayegun, Oluyole Local Government, Ibadan, Oyo State. The present value of the land is 4m but I want to sell it at a reduced price.
