PROCEDURES FOR BLCO PURCHASE IN NIGERIAN WATERS (FREE BOARDING & Q&Q IN NIGERIA) THIS OFFER IS FOR ONLY READY AND SERIOUS BUYER'S.

1. Buyer and seller sign SPA and deposit same with their respective banks.

2. Buyer return signed SPA with ATB format, approved NNPC supercargo and inspectors details.

3. Seller confirms the above documents and instruct his vessel Captain to issue MATB for the buyer supercargo to board in Nigeria waters for product confirmation. Upon confirmation, the vessel Captain and supercargo issue Attestation and forward same to buyer and seller.

4. Upon receipt of the attestation, the Buyer issue a N150m (one hundred and Fifty million naira) bank cash to seller for logistics while the buyer goes ahead to conduct Q and Q test.

5. Upon successful QnQ the buyer issue MT103 for the entire cargo for payment to the seller and all the agents as per the spa less the N150m.

6. Seller confirms payment and give invoice of the vessel owner for recharter and all the relevant documents

7. Buyer re charter vessel and take over cargo and the vessel and depart to his discharge port. The Deal is consummated and the second tranche commence.
