he should go for hiv screening first to ascertain his hiv status.

and with all the hiv/aids awareness why would anyone want to have sex without using any kind of protection.

if he is truly hiv positive guess he will learn his lesson in a very bitter way, and if he is lucky enuff to b hiv negative, this will b like a warning to b more careful in his sexual escapades in the future.

common girls lets be sincere here, this girl is been wicked imagine how many people she has done this to and she is still doing it. Never can tell whose next, if your brother tells you this what will you advice him to do. This is much more serious than it sounds. Please lets get serious about this.

Dear, yes u're right, she's being wicked, but like ika and imani rightly stated, he wasn't forced . . no matter how much she convinced him to do it, he's an adult, old enough to witness in the high court . . that fact makes him solely responsible of all his actions.

In as much as we want to blame the girl's wickedness . . but what difference would it have made if the girl didnt do it purposely?? I mean, what if the girl herself wasnt aware that she was HIV infected, does that justify your friend's irresponsible sexual hunger??

If he was Raped by this girl, it would have been much more different, but as long as he willingly succumbed, he has himself alone to blame, sorry for my harsh tone.

Your friend can only go for a test, if he's positive, then he should start to go on medication to weaken the hastiness of the virus. A lot of people with HIV live fine and happily (relatively) . .nothing he would or could do will change the staus of things - - its happened, its irreversible but if by chance and fate he is negatively tested, then that would and should be the biggest lecture of his life.
I feel sorry for him, but it takes two to tango, unfortunately!!

He has no right to do nothing. Yes, the girl should not have had sex with him but the guy should have had common sense enough to know to put safety before pleasure.

He should go get tested in about 2weeks. if he has HIV then he will live on pills for the rest of his life but that does not mean his life has ended.
