Anambra Central 2023: VICTOR UMEH, A CHRONIC LOSER WHO WILL CONTINUE TO LABOUR IN VAIN. Victor Umeh is a chronic loser, a happy election failure who we already know will be waiting for another round of defeat at the polls next February. He lacks the qualities to contest elections and can only win in contests where he is up against himself and not with opponents. Aside from not having the capacity to withstand elections, his ugly past, which is synonymous with fraud, criminality, and intimidation, will continue to haunt him. As APGA National Chairman, it is on record how the Aguluzigbo-born T(c)hief used his power to steal and defraud numerous Igbos of their hard-earned money in exchange for party tickets but failed them; it was for this reason that APGA became unpopular throughout the South East and became an Anambra party. His ugly tenure as National Chairman of APGA earned him the nick, "Ohama Onye Oshi" from Imo citizens, against his name Ohamadike. Victor Umeh has yet to make public his tax clearance, which would prove that he earned the millions he spent on luxury properties in America, Scotland, Lagos, and Abuja. Umeh has become an unsellable object in political contests and a chronic loser. His recent humiliation by APGA delegates who favored Dozie Nwankwo for the Anambra central senatorial district ticket is clear evidence that Victor Umeh is finished and dead politically and cannot win even a local election amongst his immediate family. His recent romance with Peter Obi and the Labour Party is rather an effort in futility as he will still lose his polling booths, ward and local government to a more formidable candidate. After being defeated and humiliated by APGA delegates, Victor Umeh defected to Labour and became the unpopular spokesman for the Igbo Presidency; it was all a ruse to resurrect his dead political career, but the people of Anambra Central are wiser than his tricks. My only advice to Victor Umeh is for him to withdraw from the race for the Anambra Central senatorial seat as he has become an albatross for Peter Obi. Opinion from the streets suggests that many voters who have love and concern for Peter Obi are gradually losing such interest and now question his acclaimed integrity for allowing Victor Umeh around him after what the latter did to him in the past. Victor Umeh is now like a plaque, causing discomfort to anything he associates with. He will lose again, and this time he may not survive the heart attack that will accompany his defeat. Victor Umeh is unpopular and a chronic election loser. He will happily lose again. *Ifeanyi Obi writes from Obeledu 1 Like |
