Job role: Sales Manager Location: Lagos State & Abuja Salary: N250K -N300k Responsibilities: • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them Requirements: • B.Sc / B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience. • 3 - 7 years relevant work experience in Sales, out of which 2 must have been spent in a managerial capacity in a manufacturing or construction company • Must possess leadership and excellent communication skills • Must have occupied at least 2 years managerial role Apply to: samson.omoyeni@mactay.com using the job role as the title/subject of the mail Job role: Sales Engineer Location: Lagos State/ Abuja/ Port Harcourt Salary: N100k -N120k Responsibilities: • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities • Interface between the company and potential clients through direct communication such as onsite meetings, telephone calls and presentations to promote our brand and services • Maintain and keep a good relationship with our clients • Prepare marketing plans and strategies • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting • Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to the company are captured and deals are gotten. • Collate and document competitive intelligence. • Create and be accountable for all client proposals and contracts • A thorough understanding of clients’ needs/objectives • 80% of the time will be out of the office for follow-up and follow-through meetings. • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to existing and prospective customers. • Discuss material needs and requirements with customers and engineers. Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales and arrange deliveries. • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Collate client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams • Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
